I have been at Massey for 16 years and am the Associate Director Operations for the New Zealand Food Safety Science & Research Centre, having formerly managed the Allan Wilson Centre. My speciality is in leadership and management of national, virtual, scientific networks. My practical leadership and management experience is complemented with a Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Management and MBA (Dist) and additionally I am a ChurchI'll Fellow.

Research Expertise

Research Interests

My PHD looked at the interface between food safety culture and ethical leadership, and statistically established a positive correlation between the two. Additionally  qualitative methods I researched the characteristics of ethical leadership in this country.
